Romy - retro sleeveless dress

EUC - very minor pulling in top front panel - see second pic. USL - size says USXL but more of a USL- Mannequin is 36B/C bust with a 26” waist - so a solid US8 or Medium Soft sheer fully lined sleeveless dress. Cream and black abstract flower pattern lining is all black. Long side zipper and button closure at back of neck.
