Nice condition Roots plaid button down long sleeve shirt. Can be worn as a blouse or casual, looks great over a maple leaf tee! Women's XS. It is not a relaxed fit, true to size at around 18” chest pit to pit. Around 23” length to hem. Worn and washed gently, lots of life left on a classic style. Unique navy, white and red gingham woven pattern, not a flannel. They don't do woven gingham shirts like this now. I wish they did. Small contrast chest pocket. 100% cotton.
