Ros Hommerson Wide Calf Boots

2 1/2 inch heel per my measurement. 9 1/2 size wide. Will fit a calf of around 16" but I believe with the stretch I fit these with an 18" calf. A bit of a lining but not winter lining in my opinion. Sadly cannot wear heels anymore, even a small one like these. Barely worn... but were a good fit for my wide feet. I believe they are leather but do not want to make a false promise. My smell test is inconclusive.... Silver buckles are pristine - picking up reflections in my less than stellar photos.
