Rose Embroidered black knit a-line skirt size sm-med

Cute black knit skirt with a hand holding rose detail. No fabric tag but I would assume some kind of acrylic blend. I have no idea what the embroidered words say 😅 the size tag says xl/XXL but I am a medium/large and it fits snug. Waist band is 13” but it is elastic!
