While I don't have the exact measurement on hand, I will say that the sizing is very true to US size. if you are typically M in clothing, you should be fine. sizing up is fine if you want the PJs to be a bit loose. Hope this helps. :)

crescenttco @willaalexa Hi there, yes, it is pretty true to US sizing, as for the satin, it is thicker rather than thin but still comfortable and breathable. As for M measurements in inches, shoulders: 17, bust: 42.5, length: 26, sleeves: 20.8, pants - waist: 24.4, hips: 43.7, length: 40. Hope this helps!
