Rosegal lipstick kisses dress

This dress has to be felt. 97 percent cotton and 3 percent spandex, it has a nice solid feel. Looks fantastic on. It's fitted up top and has a full skirt, and can be worn with or without a crinoline. Only worn once -- no signs of wear. Labelled 4X, but fits a tad small.
