Rosenthal Sterling Brooch

Given the C clasp, I believe this would be from the 1910s or earlier. This stunning sterling silver brooch features a beautiful portrait which appears to be painted on porcelain. Marked "Rosenthal Sterling" along the top and bottom of the back portion of the sliver frame. Marked with a "28" on the back of the portrait piece.
