Ross Mayer peplum dress

Black dress with crochet lace on top. Peplum style. Bottom is done in a fabric that has a sheen to it. Hidden split on the back of the dress. Hidden back zipper. This dress is perfect for a wedding or black tie event. Canadian designer. Pit to pit is approximately 17", waist is 14" and length is 39.5". Worn once.
