Roth Vintage 1970s Holly Hobbie Petticoats and Pantaloons Decorative Plate Approx. size: 9 in (D) and there's a manufacturer's flaw on turquoise border (see pic) and aged crazing. A timeless collectors plate made in Staffordshire, England in the 1980s by Roth in the Petticoats and Pantaloons Third Edition series with the caption, "How nice a day can be when kindness touches it". This plate has a turquoise border with the middle and edge of the plate having gold rims. A collector's delight!
