Rouie vintage 80s tropical leaf and floral print front wrap-style dress with front collar featuring a tie belt at the waist and attached shoulder pads. Light, flowy material. Clean and in great vintage condition, only flaw of note is one of two belt loops has come loose (this does not affect the wearability of the belt and could be repaired if necessary). Size 12 measuring approximately 16.5" shoulder to shoulder, 17" across the waist and 30" from waist to the bottom.
