Rouje Angelina midi skirt 36

Rouje Angelina midi skirt in gorgeous red and black Spanish floral print. Size 36 “small”: flat measurements 13” waist, 17” hips. I adore this skirt but the sizing is off, the fabric is cupro which has no stretch at all and while the waist is appropriate for 36 (I’m 25” waist) it’s much too tight on the hips (I’m 36” hips) - this would fit someone 34” hip or less. It’s in perfect NWOT condition as I thought I could make it fit, alas can’t change my hips. I’m not keen to sell it since it was so pricey, hence the full price 10/10
