Roxy Board/Swim/Surf Shorts

GUC Logo is peeling (see picture) and a little black mark closeby at the bottom hem Otherwise in great condition! Satiny feel Rainbow shoelace in the waist Elasticized waist Size tag in the shorts says "9" but approx measurements posted I'd say these are like a women's 4 or 6 They are not very stretchy other than in the waist Thanks for stopping by and please let me know if you have any questions :)
