Roxy Button up Flowy Blouse

This is a super cute top. In picture it shows the button up front with my finger under to shoe the little detail. Last picture shows the back with that same detail that goes across just under back of neck but there’s also a few almost pleats that give it a different type of hanging. If that makes sense. Missing a button but there’s an extra that I haven’t sewn on yet.
