Roxy Strapless Dress

Roxy strapless dress. Size medium. Smocking around bodice with sticky strip at the top of front to hold in place (avoid wardrobe malfunctions). Skirt is fully lined. Really nice bandana/geometric pattern. The skirt has a texture to it in some spots, almost feels like pilling, but the dress has never been worn. 100% viscose.
