Roxy mini strappy summer dress

Light, short and flowy summer dress by Roxy. There are some white "pulled like" lines throughout, but looks like it's part of the pattern of the dress (as shown in pictures). I wouldn't put this one up if I didn't think it was still incredibly adorable.
