This has the deep blue color accent with warm yellow scrollwork next to the scalloped rim on the cake plate. The floral sprays look so crisp with their roses and petite blue flowers surrounding the Chelsea bird. The handles and rim of the plate are beautifully trimmed in gold. CONDITION: While this cake plate is classified as used, the condition is superb. There are no chips, nicks, cracks, rubbings, scratches or hairlines. There are no utensil marks.
