This is a Royal Albert Canada Our Emblems Dear Bone China England Gainsborough Style Cup. AGE: 1980-1981 DESCRIPTION: This teacup set is a tribute to the Canadian provinces. All around the cup and saucer are banners imprinted with the name of a province. Beside each banner is the official flower of that province. The Gainsborough style cup has an intricate handle and footed base both gilded in gold. The saucer is scalloped and also trimmed in gold. This set had a very short production period which makes it very collectible. CONDITION: This set is in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There are tiny black firing specks on the saucer. There is minimal wear on the gold gilt trim. MEASUREMENTS: Saucer Width: 5 1/2"(14cm) Cup Width: 3 1/2"(9cm) Height: 3"(7.5cm)
