Royal Blue Dress or Maternity Dress

This beautiful royal blue dress can be worn as a regular dress or as a maternity dress. Too big for me now. This is a medium. It’s a little too big for the mannequin but it looked great on me while pregnant. I wore it a few times only it’s in MINT condition! The belt goes above the belly.
