Royal Blue Rectangular Pendant and Chain

This unusual pendant has a small inset stone on its lower right corner. The outside perimeter is enameled in gold trim. It doesn't have a bale like most pendants but rather two holes which two separate chains loop through. The chains are on the short side so it is meant to lie high up on the collar
