Royal Crown Derby Blue Mikado double handled soup bowl - set of 2. EUC.

Here are two rarer pieces of the Royal Crown Derby Blue Mikado pattern fine bone china dinner service, the double handled 5 1/4" wide bouillon or cream soup bowls. These classic blue and white chinoiserie bone china bowls feature a Japanese inspired traditional pagoda and garden scene designed for Royal Crown Derby in the 1870s. The delicate images are stunningly highlighted in signature 22kt gold paint. Selling as a pair. The bowls have the vintage green backstamps and cyphers which date them as 1939 and 1940 and are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, gold paint loss, or other signs of repair. They are bowls only - I do have saucers available but they are not the correct under saucer for these soup bowls.
