Royal Doulton 1986 The Guardsman Mini Character Jug, Vintage Ceramic Toby Mug

This is a beautiful 1986 hand-painted ceramic Toby Mug by the Royal Doulton Company. The mug depicts the figure of a Guardsman tasked with guarding royal palaces, such as Buckingham Palace in London. The mug handle is in the form of a brown cloth intertwined with a sword. The bottom of the mug is marked with the Royal Doulton mark, the number D6772, and the date 1986. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. A great collectible, small gift or decor item. Very nice addition to your Royal Doulton collection.
