The condition of the large hard cover book is good with slight wear to the jacket. There is also a publishing error, one page was not cut at the top, shown in picture. Weight of the book is 2kg and unable to bundle this item due to weight. Items purchased are shipped within 1-2 days and will not be held. My home is smoke free and pet friendly.
