This attractive Late 20th Century Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, “At Ease” ~ HN 2473, was designed by leading Doulton artist Margaret “Peggy” Davies and was issued from 1973 to 1979. Softly decorated in a greenish yellow colourway, the base with Royal Doulton printed backstamp of the period in green, plus title, At Ease, H.N.2473, © DOULTON AND CO. LIMITED 1972, REGISTRATION APPLIED FOR, and in script, Painter’s Monogram, JH, unidentified, but listed as working at Doulton. Hand Painted. Made in England. The figurine is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or repair. The figurine only, no Royal Doulton original box.
