◦ Made in England, this vintage hand painted Royal Doulton Roses G or Wild Rose patterned rectangular serving tray was produced from 1940 to 1959 and features a rich floral design with vibrant and beautiful pink, red, peach, and blue colors. With a glazed finish, the highly collectible Wild Rose tray is in excellent condition. Although a pre-loved vintage piece, there are no cracks, or chips and the base stamp features the Royal Doulton crown with the pattern series number D6227.
◦ As a hard to find specific item, this would be a wonderful addition to the many other pieces in this collection such as: plates, bowls, and jugs. Royal Doulton is an English ceramic and home accessories manufacturer that was founded in 1815. From 1853 to 1901, its wares were marked as Doulton & Co. and from 1901, after a royal warrant was given, their items were marked as Royal Doulton.
