This Royal Doulton miniature figurine is titled "Cissie" HN 1809. It shows a girl wearing a pink and yellow dress with pannier side bustles, she is wearing a blue bonnet and carrying a basket of flowers - yellow roses and blue pansies. The toe of her shoe is blue and peeps out from under she skirts. It measures 5" tall and 3.25" wide and is in excellent condition.
