Royal blue lace dress w mesh cut outs

Royal blue dress. Hits just above the knee. As you can see, the sleeves and the chest are see through. And as shown in the last picture there is a slight defect (dress got a small snag) easily fixed however. Price reflects that. Tighter fitting. Absolutely beautiful on.
