Royal blue layered semi off shoulder party dress

A beautiful dress which I never got the chance to wear☹️ it’s a cute semi off shoulder with a fabric layer of thick mesh flower pattern. Not itchy or uncomfortable at all! And it’s in perfect condition (no tears, zipper is great and smooth, no loose threads). It’s a size large and from a very known brand here in Canada!
