Royal blue pleated silk dress

Gorgeous silk halter dress with an empire waist and pleated skirt hitting above the knee. Worn once - there is some discolouration on the bottom of the skirt, and a tiny run in the fabric by the bust line, but only if you look very closely as it is very shiny. It measures 14 inches armpit to armpit, and 28 inches armpit to bottom of the skirt.
