Royal blue polyester polkadot summer dress size 8

Comfortable easy care lightweight summer dress in a modest retro 50s style that is figure flattering. Never worn as it was too big for me. The label says S but it is very loose on me all over and I am a size 6. The bust would fit up to 38". It is more like a US size 8. The waist would fit up to 32". It measures 16" laid flat. Complete with matching tie belt. No belt loops. You could also use the belt in your hair or to trim a hat.
