Royal blue short halter dress with strappy back detail

Lulu’s brand dress. This dress is gorgeous with the strap detailing on the back. Short length (above the knee). Halter style front and strappy back. Royal blue in colour. Dress has only been worn a few times and washed after each use. Only reason for selling is because it no longer fits me. There is a small spot on the top front (included in photos) that did not come away with washing but may go away with a stain removal soak.
