Royal blue sleeveless dress from RW&CO

Sleeveless royal blue dress from RW&CO in size small with a teardrop opening at the neck (in front) and pockets at the sides of the waist. Loose and ties in back to adjust the fit. Length is at the knee. Rarely worn and in excellent condition.
