Royal blue wool skirt

I absolutely adore this skirt! There is no way I would be selling it if it weren't for the small waist. I can only suck in for so long :p Pristine condition, vintage look, pockets, high waisted and super flattering. The waist measures just less than 26". I envy the person who gets this!
