Elegant floral cold shoulder top in black and red. Stylish and comfortable look. Bare shoulder and 3/4 length loose fitting sleeves. Rounded neckline that has a button on the back. There is a 3 w/2 inch ruffle that goes all the way around just at the top of the sleeves lined in a soft black polyester and with an outer layer covered in a red/ green floral design. This top is a size 3X and when laying flat it measures 28 inches across under the arms. From shoulder to hem is 30 inches. (CL1)
