NWOT gorgeous deep blue one draped shoulder satin ruched bandage mini dress by Rubber Ducky Productions. Made in the USA (L.A. Brand). I bought it a couple of years ago and didn't have where to wear it and it's a bit tight. The shoulder drapes over is is only attached on the right side. This is a confidence dress because it will get you noticed. 94% polyester 6% spandex.
