Ruby rd. Mid length blue and white dress. Dress looks like it has little sand dollars all over it. Has a built in white slip underneath and would look super cute at the beach with a sun hat. Pre loved Material is 60% cotton 40% polyester. Material is soft and has a tiny bit of stretch to it.
