Ruby red halter top low V neck cocktail dress with ruffle detail

This dress is super fun and flashy! It has a vintage Hollywood style. It's very flowy at the tummy, but sinches you in at the waist and rib cage. It fits between a XS and a S. For reference, I am 5'4" with a 28 inch waist and 27 inch bust. It fits me snugly at the ribcage, but there is tons of extra room at the chest.
