Ruche Burlington Arcade Belted Dress In Black

EUC (only worn a handful of times). Super cute black fit and flare dress with 3/4 length sleeves. Originally came with a tan belt but I'm including this never worn black belt instead. Knit material has stretch to it and there's a minor bit of piling from wear that you can see in the belt close-up). Brand is Coco Love.
