Ruched bodycon dress blue with white stripes

Good condition bodycon ruched dress by Nicole Miller, size petite. Also fits non-petite bodies (I purchased thinking it was a regular XS). Sheer balconette bra inside (minor tear - see picture). Hang tags have been removed. Inside of back & shoulders has rubberized strip to help keep dress up if worn off-the-shoulders. 94% rayon; 6% spandex. Measurements are approximate.
