Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Monopoly Collector’s Edition (COMPLETE) game 2006

This is a complete Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Monopoly Collector’s Edition board game (2006) by Hasbro in excellent shape. All the pieces and instructions are included, although they are a different set of dice and the instructions have a little stain inside them. Everything else is in awesome shape though! Going for $40+ for some reason on eBay.
