Rudolph's Runway Christmas Decor Outdoor

A hard to find decoration item. You set this up outside to help guide Santa's landing to your home on Christmas eve. Very cute idea that gets the kids involved. There are 2 flaws. 1 the green mat that is pictured is a long blue one without markings. This came this way and I don't know why. Also there is a small rip in the feeding tray but it is still in good condition.
