Rudsak tall boots with spats, size 40

These tall caramel leather boots from Rudsak have a unique cuff /spat that is vintage '00s. Worn occasionally, small scuff on toe (see photo) but are in good used condition. These are a roomy size 9, could do 9.5, and are sized as a 40. Calf width is generous, fits to just below knee.
