Rue 21 Tank Style Open Back Blouse

This is a fantastic top in sizer XL from rue21. Simple in black but very stylish. The back is open from the neck to the waist and does up at the neck with a button / loop closure. This top can be worn on its own or paired under a sweater or jacket. Top is a rayone, polyester, cotton blend. Item is nwot.
