Rue21 Black and White Striped Maxi Dress

Black and white striped maxi dress from Rue21. Short sleeve, split up both sides to mid thigh. Lined from shoulder to mid thigh with black fabric. Stretchy and very comfortable. Bought new several years ago and it’s no longer my style. There are a few spots on the dark stripes but that’s how it was when I bought it, they’re probably from the dye process. Bust: 19” Length: 56”
