Ruffle Collar Heart Blouse Japanese.

This cute blouse has a double ruffled collar. It is 100% polyester and has a cool soft texture. It features little orange hearts over a cream base. The sleeves are 3/4 length. It is in excellent condition,no tears, rips or stains. There is a spare button attached to the inside label. Measurements are: armpit to armpit is 17". length is 22", sleeve is 19" shoulder to cuff. Care instructions are hand wash or on delicate cycle in cold water. Hang to dry.
