Ruffle Long Sleeve Dress (Sz M, would fit S-L, flowy style)

Super cute and flattering ruffle dress with sheer sleeves, can be belted for a more fitted look (the ruffles are loose so you can put them over the belt and it doesn’t look weird) or worn as is for that vintage baby doll type look. I love it with big black boots, I just haven’t worn it yet and it’s been too long in the closet!
