Ruffle and tulle white Victorian/Lolita blouse size XS

Never worn, I love this so much but it doesn’t quite fit 🥲 No tags but it’s petite, I’d say XS. A petit S could fit but it will gape open a bit as the buttons are done up with elastic loops. The fabric under the tulle might need a bit of steaming because it’s a little wrinkly ☺️
