Ruffle black short sleeve blouse

Short sleeve blouse with ruffles down the front, buttons up under the ruffles. Big collar which gives it a classy look... very fitted with darts in the front and back.. black sheen colour. Only tag in it says " concerto in Black " I have no idea what make that is. Maybe a boutique? Size 2. Measurements are armpit to armpit 17" Waist is 15.5" Length from shoulder down is 21.5" Missing a button right at the breast. It's just a simple little black button easy to find one and fix.
