Ruffled Blouse with Tie

A beautiful, feminine blouse from Suzy Shier! It’s lightweight, but not see-through (the shirt has extra panelling underneath to prevent this). The sleeves are 3/4 length, and have delicate ruffles at the cuffs. The neck line is very flattering, and it has a tie that you can fashion how you like (looks really cute as a bow!). The blouse is very cute for a date night, but I think it could also be very professional if styled with work in mind! It’s a very versatile top!
