Ruffled Boho Blouse

Upcycled blouse made by myself! Super soft, suede like fabric through the body with patch-like stitching (Inside is a silky feel). Ruffle layer is a combination of the same material plus a lighter weight cotton. This blouse has a raw edge hem trimmed with fancy beige and white stitching. The hem is higher in the front, longer in the back.
