Ruffled Burgundy Cardigan/Sweater/Jacket

This stunning cardigan is in great shape. I bought it in an vintage shop in Quebec and have onky worn it a few times. It's listed as an XL but my estimate would be closer to a large. Measurements p2p across the back is 18.5" (stretched approximately 22") shoulder to hem is 20"
